My experience

I have managed software engineering teams at Instacart and Shopify. I help my reports understand their own professional reality, find their motivation to excel, and ultimately drive their professional growth.

As an engineer, I worked in a variety of environments - from tiny startups to large corporations, with a range of technologies and industries.

As a trainer, I taught over 1000 people how to use the Scala platform.
